My Nanny Style Consulting Boutique Agency acts solely as a facilitator connecting families with potential
nannies, and babysitters and does not employ the nannies, or babysitters themselves, and therefore holds no responsibility for any actions or liabilities arising from the employment relationship between the family and the nanny, babysitter, including any accidents, injuries, or disputes that may occur during their employment.
Limited liability
The agency is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client or nanny during their employment relationship
My Nanny Style Consulting Boutique Agency screens nannies, we cannot guarantee suitability of any candidate.
No employment relationship
My Nanny Style Consulting Boutique and Agency does not employ the nanny or babysitter candidate. The client is solely responsible for hiring and managing the nanny or babysitter candidate as an employee.
Client obligations
All clients agree all bookings must be made via My Nanny Style Boutique Consultant Agency and that under no circumstances are bookings to be made directly with a candidate.
Nanny or babysitter Candidates that are introduced to clients by My Nanny Style Consulting Boutique and Agency will be deemed as acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of Business.
The client, as the employer, will pay the nanny or, babysitter candidate directly.
Who is referred to you by My Nanny Style Consulting Boutique Agency.
You, the client is the employer of the nanny or babysitter candidate.
My Nanny Style Consulting Boutique and Agency has no responsibility in paying the nanny or babysitter candidate.
Clients agree payments for their employed nanny or babysitter candidate, may be made daily, weekly or fortnightly. This ensures support to both the client and candidate to have a better work relationship.
Clients agree to pay petrol and parking fees if the nanny or babysitter Candidate is using a car for work purposes and within work times.
Clients agree to notify my Nanny Style Consulting Boutique and Agency immediately if a nanny or babysitter candidate has been introduced via a third party including but not limited to another agency, website or advertisement.
All clients acknowledge and agree that once you offer employment to a nannie or babysitter candidate, a placement fee will apply. Placement fees are not refundable. Placement fees vary depending on the candidates contract and term of employment with the client. If they are long or short term contracts.
My Nanny Style Consulting Boutique and Agency clients agree that you are responsible for the following.
Abiding by all the statutory obligations for employing nannie-or babysitter candidate.
Clients be responsible in Full time, Part-time, or Casual nannie/babysitter candidates income tax payments (only if applicable)
Clients be responsible for workers compensation payments(only if applicable)
Clients be responsible for any superannuation contributions (only if applicable)
Payment of Fees
Clients acknowledge and agree all fees for bookings.
An invoice will be sent via e-mail. Payment is due within 5 business days.
Clients agree all fees paid are non refundable.
Placement fees to be paid in full, 5 business days from the date a job offer is made. No extensions will be given
If any placement fee is not paid, the employed nannie or babysitter, referred by My Nanny Style Consulting Boutique and Agency, will be referred to other clients.
Legal action may be taken. In the event if legal or other action is taken, you will be responsible for the payment of all costs associated with the recovery of the outstanding fees.
My Nanny Style Consulting Boutique and agency holds the right not to refer any nannie or babysitter candidate if the registration and or placement fee has not been received. All payments are done either via credit card, PayPal or direct transfer.
Any nannie or babysitter candidate placement that is between 1 day to 3 months placement is regarded as a short term contract and is invoiced on a short term placement fee. Any placement over 3 months is regarded as a long term placement and will be invoiced at a long term placement fee.
If a nannie or babysitter candidate, does not show up, or cancels, My Nanny Style Consulting Boutique and Agency does not hold any responsibility in these circumstances.
My Nanny Style Consulting Boutique and Agency reserves the right to immediately cancel any agreed services if the Staff Member has been working in an unsafe environment, mistreated in any way or is harmed in any way. We pride the safety of all our dedicated and professional Nannie or babysitter candidates safety and respect their loyalty in their work.
My Nanny Style Consulting Boutique and Agency has a non refund policy.
Confidentiality
Each client, nannie, and babysitter candidate agrees to treat any information confidentiality other than information already in the public domain.
Which comes into their possession as a result of or in the performance of this agreement.
Resolving Disputes
My Nanny Style boutique and Agency’s best interest is to endeavour a professional relationship between our clients, nannies or babysitter candidates. If any dispute arises between a client and nanny or babysitter candidate we encourage both parties to resolve any disputes with respect of each party.

Welcome to my nanny style consulting boutique. I am a diploma trained in early childhood. WhileI was studying, I worked part time As a nanny. I also did some volunteer work to gain experience at
a preschool in Waverley, Eastern Suburbs. After graduating, I continued nannying and moved to Japan to live. While I lived in Japan I worked for a variety of International preschools, serving both the Japanese and expat families. This was an amazing experience as I am also half Japanese and Australian myself, experienced travelling all through my childhood and living in Japan brought back memories iin adapting in 2 cultures. My knowledge ,through studying, and working back home in Sydney, Australia, as a nanny and a volunteer assistant in a preschool,
plus able to speak fluent Japanese gave me the opportunity to continue my dream Professionally, that is holistic, harmonious and supporting each child’s and family needs.
During my start in my career path in Tokyo Japan, I gave birth to my beautiful son. I learnt so much living abroad, raising a child .
I n Japan, Tokyo, I worked as an early childhood educator, director and also had ran my own playgroup business at home. Not only did I gained experience, but built trust, connections with different cultures, and families philosophies. I also provided advice to families if they had some struggles or were stuck with parenting.
I returned back to Sydney in the end of 2009 which I continued working in the early childhood sector.
with over 30 years of experience, I still have passion to serve the community in my dream career. I thank all the families, preschools and child care centres I have worked for as it has given me aspiration to start a beautiful service for clients who need assistance.

My Nanny Style Boutique is a unique style of consulting services, for parents, nannies ,and babysitters. A consulting service that is easy to. book and get simple advice on. the struggles you may be having whilst your raising, or caring for children. You may find creating a routine can be a struggle, bed time, understanding how children may want to play, how to deal with a child when they are frustrated, or are loving an activity and find it hard to end the play, and transition to have a bath, or do home work, And help with house chores etc.
As we care for children, our day will not always be the same, We learn how to read the cues and how to be flexible when needed. I have many years of experience as an early child hood educator, a nanny, a director preschool’s, internationally in Japan, Tokyo , serving the expat and Japanese. families. I also ran my own family day care and am a mum myself. During my years working, I also found it challenging to find the right nanny or preschool. This is what inspired me to add a nanny agency to my consulting service.
As a nanny style consultant I love to assist in helping arranging your child's room with play, sleep, comfort, ideas in how to create an environment that is welcoming, and provides the safe secure place your child’s needs. It can be in a living room, the child’s room, play room. Just little ideas so you continue a journey of providing a lovely home.
I also provide assistance if you are looking for a child care, centre, preschool , .or a family day care , or a nanny. There are several types of services. and different philosophies., it depends on what suits best for your child’s needs, and learning style and the philosophy you believe in.
